Go through the fender wells. Just pop the splash guards off from over the upper A-arm. This gives plenty of room. A long socket extention and knuckle did the rest of the trick. If you want alot of room to work, take the wheels off.

Good luck!

Definately the best way to go is what Dad said, the fenderwells.
Just, watch your hands when working on the driver's side and make sure not to drop any plugs.

as everyone has said, through the fenderwells is the only way possible. its really easy too, just jack it up so the front tires droop, pull the aprons off (carefully), and all 4 plugs will be staring right at you. :)

thanx everyone for ur help i just did the plugs last night and my truck is idling alot better and the plugs looked like they havent been changed since the truck was bought off of the lot. So thanx alot everyone im trying to put back on the skirts but both of them r ripped because they seem very brital. thanx for all ur help u guys i really apreciate it because other whys i wouldnt have found a way to get them out and a guy was gonna charge me 200 dollars with the plugs to put them in because he says its alot of work and i got it done in less then 40 minutes last nite. yeah but thats south florida for u those damn hispanics always wanna jip u on prices lol j/k. aight peace everyone have a good weekend.

To repair those ripped inner shields I used a bicycle inner tube, cut so it would lay flat and Gooped it to the innerside of the shield.

lol, i did the same thing. works like a charm. just get a bicycle tube repair kit.
