how to change torsion keys!

ok so i lowered my 2001 explorer sport 2wd 1" in the rear and lowered it with the TT bars in the front. i loved the look but hate the ride quality so i bought torsion keys that lower the front 2 to 3".

i have never installed these but would really like to do the install of them and new front shocks on my own.

im not a pro but have had 2 years automechanics and am pretty handy.

does anyone have a link or can give me help to perform these tasks

any tips would be useful!

ok so i have been searching for info on torsion key installation. and i could not find any "help" posts mainly just questions about them.

i already have the lowering keys and have already lowered the rear.

i have mustang wheels and tires i am putting on this weekend and would like to install the lowering keys and do a "DIY" alignment as well or just pay i guess.

thanks for any help with how to's for alignment and how to for torsion key installation!
