How to correct speedo using Superchips Xcal3 tuner?

I tried both changing gera ratio and tire revs per mile and neither seemed to affect my speedo reading. Is the speedo in the 01 Sport still plain old mechanical? My speedo reads exactly 10% fast because I changed tires/rims.

not sure on that im curious about this too, i dont think it is mechanical though

I don't think alot of us have used the superchips xcal3.. Contact the manufacturer on how to do it.. They can probably assist you.

beats me, some cars you have to correct it electronically and by the use of a gear, kind of silly though.
