This is nothing really new, however I thought it could be useful for others out there not wanting to go the expense of aftermarket polyurethane mounts.

It should also be noted that I do not recommend doing this to a worn out or broken mount(s), start with a mount that is in reasonably good condition.
Lastly this is an inexpensive alternative to buying aftermarket polyurethane mounts. Although if your wanting something really heavy duty Autofab makes some very nice stuff.
