Hey All,
I was dumb and broke the mirror on my drivers side. I have a new one to install, but do I have to take off the door panel?

If I do have to take it off, can anyone tell me how or give some good tips?

Thanks in advance!

Cake man.
Do a search it has been explaind a zillion times.

Since you are new I'll thow this one at ya.

You'll need a phillips screw driver, an 11mm socket and some sort of panel popper.

Take the screws out just below the door handel.
Pop the trim around the interior latch.

Starting at the bottom, gently lift outward the bottom of the door. It is gonna be a bit tough, but you still need to be gentle.
Once the two sides and the bottom are free lift upward.
You should be holding the door pannel in your hands.
Push the little botton and disconect the power lock and the window switch.
put the door panel some place safe. The hard part is done.
Disconect the connector for the morror. Remove the 11mm bolts. Make sure you have one hand on the mirror so it doesn't slide down the door.

Putting every thing back on should be self explanitory.
Make sure you remember to plug every thing back in.
