How to on Stock Grill

Can anyone tell me on how to take off Stock Grill? I'm trying to remove the Emblem on it and paint the Stock Grill in Black so I'll be able to get a nice depth and look when I install my Billet Grill.

And I promise you to post the pics afterwards..!!

Nice link..... Got a question... Ive got a brushguard on mine.... looks like it would be a PITA to install a billet with a brushguard.... Is it worth the hassle?
