How to remove gas door on 01 sport?

How in the world do I get the gas filler door off on my 01 sport? I found a wassp nest, but cannot find any bolts or screws holding the assy in. There is some kind of metal ring that might be holding it in, but I dont know how to take it off. Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks for the info. It looks like the Sport has a differant type of mounting system than the 4 door. Anyine done this in a sport?

My 98 sport has the same mounts. I did a similar swap, except I used a door from an F150 that I trimmed to fit.

OK I took another look at it and figured it out. I was looking at it to hard. It looked like some wierd metal ring locking system. All I actually had to do was pull on it and the entire assembly pulled out. I feel like a moron! I was afraid I was going to brake it, but it popped out.
