How to replace evaporator 4.0 xlt ´94

Dear friends, can someone indicate me how to replace the evaporator of an explorer 4.0 xlt 1994.
Is this a simple job, or mayor, as car has to be used continuously.
Does the evaporator leak that easy???

It's a pain in the ass job... fortunately leaking evaporators are not common problems.
