How to Replace HVAC Blend Door 2002 Explorer

So i have searched and found how to replace the motor and cut the heater box but i would like to do it the right way. Does anyone have the instructions on how to take out the dash on a 2002 Explorer. i know its alot of work but i need heat its starting to get cold here in Pa. and i got a 14 month old son i have to take to day care in the morning

No idea, but was there no thread on doing the full dissassembly, and why not do the cut method? Just wondering.

I have found that the county library (here in prison, no no just kidding) has a public subscription to alldata I have used it for reference many times. Just go ask or log on to their internet pc’s and when their home page comes up type in alldata in the search box.
Also the library’s have repair manuals in their stacks . Just photo copy the procedures you are interested in.

If you could email the info that would be awesome we don't have a county library where i live and the one that we do have i doubt would have an alldata information.
