How to Report Incorrectly Named Streets in Navigation

Last night I was trying to punch in an address for a friends house and for the life of me the voice and type methods weren't working.

I had to use my iPhone to get there.

Upon arriving, I noticed that on my NAV Screen the street is incorrectly named, thus the reasoning for me not being able to find it.

Is there a way to report this so it gets fixed in an update? Or are we stuck with it forever?

Like 182RG said, to purchase new map data, you'd go to www.navigation.com. We generally release new maps once a year. Since we have yet to set a price on a new SD card, I can't confirm if they'll be $199 like the DVDs are.

When thes maps are available (updates), they will be thru the local service/parts department (dealer)? Any notification prior or when released?

More than likely, the dealers won't have the updates but can order them for you through NAVTEQ. We usually don't announce when the updated NAV cards/CDs are available, but it's usually April - July each year.
