How to swap leaf springs?

I have pretty serious gas tank sag on my 2000 Ford Explorer XLS.

I'm wondering how hard it is to swap the leaf springs from right to left in order to balance them out.

I have very little experience working on the Explorer but i'm willing/eager to learn.

Are there any tutorials online?

search for the Add a leafs tutorial that gives you a basic idea of what is going on....also search for F-150 leaves or shackels.....that will give you a good idea on the rear suspenson of your truck.

Don't swap them from left to right. Either repalce them or use an add-a-leaf.

You will just be making the right side suspension weaker if you just trade sides.
