I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to take the drivers side door panel off of a 1999?

How to take door panel off?

two phillips screws under the door handle
remove the handel bezzel
use a " panel popper " tool or a putty knife to pull out on the door pannel.
Start for the bottom and go up.
when you get to the control panel just push that through.

I 2nd the "panel popper" recommendation. These tools are so useful for a LOT of tasks from installing stereo equipment to swapping out a wiper motor. A must have tool.

I remember reading one guy's post a while ago which mentioned that he often uses kitchen utensils to do this stuff. I think he used a spatula. I hope his wife wasn't reading his posts on this forum!
