how would this look?

i have a 98 sport 4wd, black paint w/ gray flares and bumpers. well i want to black the whole thing out. should i weld or bondo the holes that hold the flares? also what can i do about the stock, larger "indent" on the rear quarter near the bottom, behind the rear flare. i'm looking to either rino or paint the bottom 6-8 inches of the truck as it starting to show surface rust anyway, thanks for your help and/or opinions.

If you can weld, Then I would weld the holes but bondo would work. I blacked out my 97 xlt. I used bulldog, primed and rhino lined the chrome trim, bumpers, lower rear 1/4. looks good in my opinion
