Engineering degree - if it isn't right, we don't go home until it is. I didn't feel like sleeping here tonight ;)

Yes it is, especially when you only get 1.5 inches from a torsion twist which reminds me of a joke told to me once.

There were three men that were to be executed by guillotine. One man was a doctor, one was a carpenter and one was an engineer. The doctor is put into the guillotine face up. The executioner pulls the rope and it stop just before the doctors head is cut off.
"It is an act of God", says the executioner and the doctor goes free.
Next is the carpenter, he is also face up in the guillotine. The executioner pulls the rope and it stops just before the carpenter loses his head.
"It is an act of God", says the executioner and the carpenter goes free.
The engineer is put in the guillotine face up as were the other two men.
"Ah HA! I see what the problem is!", says the engineer.

Not especially. Adjusting the torsion bars up is a simple, 15 minute job. Cranking up the torsion bars is free. Putting in longer shackles in the rear to match the front is more difficult though. Nothing that someone that is competent mechanically would find dificult though. Do a search on the suspension board for TT or shackle lift and you will find a wealth of information. There were even a couple of threads with step by step instructions. Figure on about 1-2 hours for one person to do the rear and about $50 for Warrior #153 shackles.
