Msupertek is "in charge". If you're coming to the meet and greet, you need to email him and let him know. We've got Sun 6-29 in stone now, and I think the sonic nearest to 360 and I-30 is likely but not in stone.

I think he's looking for a head count and what time on Sunday works for you. Basically making sure we don't conflict with anyone's church schedule, etc.

What say we all meet up at the Sonic mentioned before (on Lamar, just east of Ball Park Way, near 360 and I-30) at 5:00 pm on Sunday the 29th.

I figure the evening will be a little cooler than meeting for lunch and would work around everyone's church schedules. The Sonic is right next to my office, so I know there is a good sized parking lot near by for pics, running children, etc.

If anyone has a conflict or better suggestion, post it! I'm sure we're all flexible and want to make this a good time for everyone to come. Time is ticking, so I think we should get this set asap.

How about calling the sonic ahead of time to let them know we'll be there at such and such time so they can make arrangements for what they need to do, extra staff, parking or what ever, I'm sure they would like to know just incase plus it's the nice thing to do!

I'm much more game for the Sonic as we'll have little one (11 yearold) in tow.

And I would hope everyone brings there rig so we can each others, as my GT does get better gasmilage, I'm sure you'd rather see my Nasty Hoe instd of my Mudstain GT.

If you all need ANY help with putting this together please let me know, I'll help out as much as I can.
