Pretty sure I have a bad wheel bearing. I replaced both sides of my Ranger so this should be the same, but I'm debating which bearing to get. I know Moog or Timken would be better, but RockAuto has a Wholesaler Closeout for $29.09. I can't find a brand and don't want to get a cheaply made part that's going to wear out soon, but dang, $29.09?!?!

A 30 day guarantee!!?? That is one step above what we call an "Oklahoma Guarantee"....if it is "OK" when you first use it, that is all you get.

IMHO, Auto parts , like tools, boots, and guns, you get what you pay for.

( this does NOT apply to generic milk...what do the cows that it comes from have no spots???)

If money is tight buy it but be prepared to spend more later

Just my opinion but I bought two of the Lower price rock auto Hub Assy. Two years ago on failed this summer. I replace that one with a Timkin Hub it lasted 4 month. So now I have to buy one more from rock auto for $122 then pay to ship my old one back and then they will refund the 4 month old failed unit. Not really sure that is what I am going to do. So there goes your one year warranty out the window. I think I am going to give
RAYBESTOS 715052 and see if they are any better.. I called Timkin and they told me they have no warranty that I have to deal with the retailer. Good luck

I tried the cheaper hubs, lasted only 6 months. I have Timken's now(1 year), with bigger wheels and tires and some serious pounding in the Sand Dunes this summer. Unless your working on a limited budget, I would pass on the cheaper hubs.

Cheap hub assemblies are good to have as a trail spare but really it all depends on how and where you drive your rig as well as the trucks setup (wheels/tires/lift/etc...).

If money is tight I would go for the cheap one to get you by (just keep an eye on tire wear and an ear to the hubs), some last long and some don't, it's a crap shoot.
