Check the wiring

P0602 Control Module Programming Error
P0604 Internal Control Module Random Access Memory (RAM) Error
P0607 Indicates the ECM has experienced an internal memory fault
p061d (Internal Control Module) Engine Air Mass Performance
p1639 Vehicle ID block is not programed or is corrupt
p2107 The Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) control area of the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) failed test. Fault code could the result of incorrect Throttle Position (TP) command of the Throttle Actuator Control Module (TACM)
u1900 Can Communication Bus Fault

Your vehicle has a data line that runs between modules. It's called a CAN (controlled area network) bus. The data bus has failed and the modules can no longer communicate with each other. This is usually caused by a short in one of the modules that sends voltage down the data bus instead of digital data. To diagnose this yourself you'll need a good shop manual to find where all the modules are. Try either alldatadiy.com or eautorepair.net. Then unplug one module at a time until the problem goes away. That will be the shorted out module.

Engine Control Module (ECM) Harness power supply circuit is open or shorted
