HUMMIng noice when idle

any time the weather gets over about 80 degrees and the trucks compeltly warm, when i come to a stop a LOud hum starts, and when i hit the gas theres a huge bog, but it goes away, then when i come to a stop it starts again, ( problem is not ALL the time but atleast 4 times a week) so i pulled into my driveway poped the hood, and the humm sounds like its coming from the aircleaner box its vibrating while making a loud hum ive opend it and checked my airfilter seems clean, explorers still under 100k in good contion. any ideas?

NoTe : my friend has a 96 4 door and is having the same problem but he dosnt really give a ****

thanks ill give that 1 a try, for anyone else with the same problem. i found a very good step by step with pictures http://www.explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84220 save ur self some money give it a go, ill repost to tell if it works for me.
