HVAC blower isnt working

Ive got an 03 mounty with the digital climate control and the blower isnt working... you turn it all the way up and not even a sound... i checked the fuses and they are good... would this be a broken blower motor or is there a common issue with these? I just bought the truck and just finished installing a new motor so i dont know if it worked before i bought it.

Just didnt know what i should check or the best way to check it.
