Hybrid with no auto start stop feature

I ordered a 2022 hybrid platinum explorer. It just came but it has no auto stop start feature, due to shortages. Do you feel this affects gas mileage much with it being s as hybrid. So disappointed, so many things are missing from it.

Welcome to the Forum.
It seems that many members here and in the Lincoln forum do not want that feature. I have only read a few that are disappointed that it wasn't on their vehicle. I doubt that the feature saves much in the way of gasoline to really make a difference. Mine doesn't even activate more than half the time when I drive.

It appears you may not understand what a Hybrid is. The hybrid is no way like the auto stop start on the other vehicles. The engine stops when braking and uses regenerative charging to charge battery.....saves brakes, if you're not a heavy footed driver you can drive with the engine off ... I can drive several blocks before engine starts when leaving the house\. Average tank of gas gets 50 70 electric miles.

Consider yourself lucky. I would love to turn mine off permanently.
