i thinnk that the ibeams for the ranger will fit ask truckin.com send them an email. or contact Dozure on AIM he would be the man visit up fordexplorer.net visit the 91-94 explorers they will for sure have ur answer..
i heard Zac and Dozure both say this about 1000 times over on explorer underground, and it stuck in my head. "ranger beams will NOT work on an X. never, no way, and no way to adapt them." sorry bro, prolly not what you wanted to hear. and no, i have no idea why they wont work (other than they just dont fit.)
racinjason68 has these ranger beams on his ekplorer and right now I HATE the ones for the explorer. I was in an accident at 3 mph and my tire hit the back bumper of a car and it BENT my i beam real bad. i dont know if round ones would or not. ill try to get a pic of the i beam in a few weaks, after the inshurance gets through with the estimates
well i called around to a few places and they hint around and said they was the same just differant ball joints. rangers are tapered more than the X"S.the reason why some manufatures are not selling them anymore they told me because of reliablity.because they had the tire problem of flipping over
what if i went to the junk yard found a ranger that had i-beams, and i have a 4wd explorer. say i took the i-beam brakets and spindles and orderd 3" lower ranger i-beams and fitted that on my truck would that work?
