The best thing for you to do is fix it and stop jumping it. It is not made to do that stock.

As for the tranny look for a manual to put into it. (one of the greatest things I have done to mine)

its not stock i bought it with a 4in. procomp lift in the front and 3in pro comp lift in the back and i plan on putting a manual in it but i wanna enter in some races so i need to be able to jump it but i need a gear ratio that will allow me to do that

The gear ratio isn't going to help you jump it. If you want to race your truck, I would suggest spending about 10 grand on upgrades if you want to get a "baha" type result. Anything less than that and you're just going to keep breaking things. The only thing that gears are going to do for you is allow you to change the size of your tires.

As a former res of sin city, welcome! if you havent been to Moab yet, pack the sploder and go, you will love it!

welcome

Welcome to this forum! Are you planing on getting junkyard parts or will you swap from a parts vehicle? Sometimes it might cost less to get a parts vehicle, and you could test everything out first before you swap.
