I broke the third brake light holder!

Was replacing bulbs yesterday and pulled the right bulb out and it only had one clip holding the bulb on. I was really careful, but that tiny clip broke that holds the bulb in. Right now I have the bulb electrical taped in there and it flickers with every bump. If I superglue the bulb in there will the bulb still light up? And what's ford going to charge me for a new one? Thanks.

i broke those clips too.... heres what i did... i got creative and hacked off a 1/4 inch long piece of 3/8 inch inside diameter air tubing.like from my air horn.... and put it in bent into a figure 8.... it holds both bulbs perfectly and they have never flickered and i have changed bulbs several times and it still works great....

43 bucks wholesale or 70 somthing retail. I just replaced mine today..grin
