I can't take a bent bumper off, and need help.

So i have a 00 explorer xls. i was rear ended by a honda fit. and it bent my bumper down. kinda seems like a sagging diaper... i need some advice on how to fix this problem. weather bend it up and how to do it. what is needed. etcetc. any advice is helpfull. thanks in advance.

Also id rather no spend to much on it.

Do you have a picture that shows how it is damaged? Are you going to replace the bumper or try and fix it?

I would say if you are going to try and do the work yourself your going to need some racket pullers and a big tree. It probably won't look the best but I know that's how a lot DIY get stuff bent back into place lol

is the bumper its self bent, or is it just at a funny angle? when i got rear-ended, i took my bumper off and straitend the brackets with a torch and cresent wrench. afterwards it was straighter than when i bought it
