i just happened to read on 1 of the explorer forums last night that if your blinker blinks faster it means there's a light out on the circuit. the back blinkers work but none of the front ones work. so is it true that one of them may be out and that's what's causing them to blink fast? also im going to to be replacing the bumper if i use one from a 96 will it bolt right on or might i run into trouble? quick responses will be apreciated. thanks.

yeah, you need to get your front bulbs to work to fix the fast flash.

ok thanks, well i have to change my question now since my uncle has decided it takes a professional to replace a bumper. even though i've had quite a bit of experience in replacing things on cars including but not limited to... everything.... including bumpers. instead of allowing me to take an hour or so to replace the bumper and the headlight with parts that i've already found at salvage yards in great condition he wants to pay a professional... with my money to do something i can do in an hour and im guessing it's gona cost hundreads of dollars...

here's my question, how much do you think it's gona cost, judging by the picture? i've already inspected it and there's no internal damage, the bumper it self and the headlights
