So many times we hear bad things about parts suppliers, but today I had a good one. A few years ago I bought a Dynomax catback exhaust system from Summit. It came with a "lifetime warranty". Recently I noticed a hole in it from rot. I called them today and told them I lost the receipt, which I figured would be the end of the story. Instead customer service pulled my records and called Dynomax and reported the problem. Only the muffler had the lifetime warranty but for 49 more dollars they tossed in the tailpipe, tip and clamps. I was kind of astounded. So for 49 bucks I have a whole new system on the way.
