Problem w/ my truck

95 Ford Explorer, I replaced upper and lower ball joints on both sides, but I'm having problems with the drivers side. When I place the tire on the lower ball joint scrapes the inside of the rim and when I lift the truck from the center of front end the whole arm unit seems to hang lower then the passenger side. Need help...please can someone answer?

Can you please take some photos and post them?

1) What brand did you use?
2) Did you press the lower BJ into the A-Arm all the way?

Yes I pressed bj in all the way... as far as pic let me see what I can do.

That almost can't happen unless it's not pressed in all the way.
Wrong BJ perhaps?

maybe the hole got stretched and the ball joint is loose. You may have to get an oversized ball joint.

Is the upper ball joint seated all the way into the knuckle? Maybe the stud isn't inserted all the way in causing the knuckle to be lower.
