Well started my ball joint/brake/shock job today. Got the upper/lower ball joints replaced on the driver side as well as the shock. Now I have to install the axle, etc., replace the brake hose, spray everything with rubberized asphalt coating and put the tire back on. Then it is on to the passenger side.
And I've only had the tape on the brake hose for less than a week. I noticed the sway bar bolt was loose and the brake hose was rubbing against it. Tightened the bolt and put some tape on just to protect it until this weekend.
