could be that its leaking through the coolant lines. im not sure though im not expert on this but sounds likely.

welcome,
ya it sounds like there is either a leak in the trans cooler or one of the lines/ connections.
try to find the spot where its leaking from, if you still need help to decide what it is, try to take a pic and someone can surely help you fix it.

To try to clarify what is happening:

The stock transmission cooler and the radiator are built into a single unit. If you stand in front of the truck with the hood up, look at the right side of the radiator. You should see a metal line at the top right corner of the radiator, on the same side as the engine. That is the transmission cooler line, there is one at the top (the inlet) and another at the bottom (the outlet).

What is happening in your truck is that there is a leak between the radiator (engine coolant) and the transmission cooler (ATF) which is allowing the two fluids to mix. That is bad. The only way to fix it is to replace the radiator with a new unit.

+1

You will also need to flush your cooling system and change the fluid in your transmission.
