I ran ito an issue where the tc wouldn't lock up and so I had the pcm scanned it can back as the tcc stuck off. So I change the tcc (and the vb gasket as recommended) and checked for brass shavings for a hint that the tc may actually be going out to but I found no shavings. So being excited that I didn't have to change a tc I replaced the tcc and thought that I had found the problem..........after buttoning everything up I took in on a test drive and the problem persists. I have no shifting problems but I am at 2400 rpm doing 65 mph. Someone please shed some light on what else I need to check or what I should do.

Do you have any speedometer problems?

Scan for engine codes, possible TPS problem.
Transmission temp sensor could be open, any codes for that?

That I believe is an F57 converter prone to internal piston wear. Another possibility is pump stator seal, but as mentioned above it is a computer controlled using an array of sensors, and ultimately a complex internal hydraulic circuit, leaking possibly in valve body bores, seals, etc. You might be able to fix it at the electronic or valve body like with a zip kit or rebuild.
