Your gonna need alot more beer!! :)

Start soaking your bolts with Liquid Wrench now. It'll help bigtime especially with the two front mounts...

a pipe wrench in case a mount decides it wants to be tough and turn when you try to take out the bolt. Make sure you jack will lift the body.. mine would reach but i had to stop and get some wood to help reach it especially in th rear.

The jack wont be a problem......pipe wrench either.....I will make a trip to the store and pick up 3 more cases of beer to make my total at 4! anything else? thanks guys!

oh and do the radiator shroud first.. ( that way you dont have to take the life out to get the fan off of it like i did)

ok thanx.....is all the hardware with the kit that I need....or do I need to buy some seperate bolts or what not? thanx guys...I love this forum!

Here, it is super basic html. I plan to make this into a write up as soon as i have some time. For now this should help you a lot. Most of what I put there is already in the manual, but I added photos so you can see what it should look like. Unfortunately I don't have any pics for the front bumper assembly, but I can talk you thru it.

3" Bodylift

on the whole front mount i dont know what the pita. i used a 12"? exxtenision and a universial to a 6" extenion after taking the bottom nut off and just cranked way till it came out. (i am 6'4" 245 so sometimes the "its hard to break loose" isn't) after that i threw a 1/2 bit in the drill and reamed out the mount and the bolt slid right in.

I'm 6'5" and 220 and it was a pain! I need to gain more wieght! Or maybe I should have gotten a damn pipe. I used a socket wrench and a pair of vice grips. :D

I actually used alot of the stock bolts just in different locations... But you've got everything you need. I've got a pic somewhere on here of the rear bumper brackets I made up using the ones from the kit. When I find the thread I'll post the pictures. They may help you visualize what you need to do...

man the front mounts on mine were fun! the right one came out fine but the drivers side wasnt playin nice. if you can find a way get an air impact driver/ratchet thing. it makes things so much easier. i spent 4 hours getting 4 bolts out by hand. in about 10 mins i had 5 more out with the air tools

Ya, the core mounts suck big time. I used a 6' pipe over a 1/2" breaker bar to get them loose.

well.....not exactly...lol....thanx for all the advice...I got called in so Its gonna get put bak till next weekend!

i just did mine yesterday with bigorange440.....we had no beer as we were workin the whole time. Make sure you have a grinder, hammers, the right assortment of dspanners and sockets, oh and get some longer tranny cooler lines. Disconnect your negative cable from its clip...or it breaks the thing its clipping to. this was a lot of work.
