As it says, I need to replace the lock cylinder on my factor bed cover. The dealer just quoted me $132.00. Does anyone know of another source?
Thanks

Go to a local truck parts store like an off-road part store they might be able to order you one or eBay amazon

Go to a good locksmith and have them make a new key for the lock (they use their mold key blank to match the tumblers in the lock itself to make a matching key for that lock, done this a couple times with truck caps). Or is the cylinder itself broken? Most people buy factory tonneau covers from someone else but don't get the key because the key is matched to that truck.

I actually have my factory cover for sale and it comes with the mounting brackets and key (it wasn't originally on my Trac so I don't care if someone gets the key).

I bought a used cover for 150 no keys I went to a professional locksmith and for 80 dollars and being without the tonneau and a key for an hour I got the tumblers re-keyed to my truck key

The cylinder itself is broken, my locksmith couldn't fix it.

Was he able to sourest one? If not the junkyard or stealership is your best bet
