Driver's side brake hose. I'm not sure what the part number is, anyone know?

Thanks

IDK I've ordered them before, forget the part number. Problem is the replacements seem to be a little too short, so when I turn the wheel all the way it puts some pressure on the hose. It's like the replacement hoses are a little bit too short for my vehicle.

I don't know if it's a difference in my 2 door sport model and I'm ordering the wrong hose or what.

Is your vehicle a 2 door 4x4 sport model, and is the hose long enough?

I don't remember which ones they were for sure. One was from Advance Auto, another from Auto Zone, and another from Amazon. They all seemed about an inch or so too short, which causes them to be under a little strain if the wheels are turned all the way in either direction.

I recall getting one from a salvage yard once that fit much better, probably original factory hose. I'm thinking the after market parts may just be shorter for some reason.

if not, deerfield precision makes great braided SS hoses, though theyre customer servuce is bad imo. but the product is amazing, and you can customize lengrh

I paid a little more to get a Raybestos and what came in their box was a Sunsong.

It saves me time to have a shortcut or browser bookmark to my '98 parts on Rock Auto, or for your '00 :

Thanks for the link.

Their prices look great; how are their shipping times?

^ They're no Amazon but shipping has been pretty good, a few business days. You just have to watch out for ordering multiple items from different warehouses which can make shipping expensive. There's also a 5% off discount code floating around, just google 5% off rock auto code.

If in a hurry then I'd check amazon, sometimes their prices are very competitive if getting free shipping. Heh, I go to Rock Auto to get the part #s for the various brands I'd consider, then look them up on Amazon. Then again I live only a few miles from a major Amazon distribution hub so that sometimes gets me things that much faster from Amazon.

been good for me, they get stuff out decently quickly, and then its up to you how uch you wanna pay for shipping after that. they are a drop shipper iirc, so if possible i prefer to order all from one warehouse to save a few bucks on shippin

I hear you; I usually get stuff from Amazon the next day even if I order it the night before, and even get stuff delivered on Sunday when I ordered it the night before.
