i need a transmission

well guys i need some help i need a transmission for a 93 ford explorer with 4wheel drive it go's in drive but no power and when you shift in rev. it's like it is locked up any body know what to do or got a transmission in ohio that works?

What do you mean it feels like it's locked up? It sounds like a transfer case issue. How many miles do you have? When was the last time you replaced the filter, and fluid?

I have an A4LD that needs an Intermediate band. If you can rebuild it or have someone else do it for you, let me know. I don't have a lot of money and I still need to repay the core charge on this if I dont return it.

when you put it in gear it feels like its in gear but when you lay on the gas it bogs down and won't move at all

put the transmission in netural and see if you can push it...

no i have tried that and it will not move back at all but some forward that help you any at all?

i checked the bands the one is lose would that cause it to do what it's doing? i can move the band with one finger.
