Greetings, I just bought an '04 Eddie Bauer 2wd V6 with 45k miles as a second car and sadly I'm finding a list of things wrong. Can any of you veterans direct my to the relevent threads quickly? Here are the problems:
1) volume knob in 6-disc radio seems only to increase the volume regardless of which direction it is turned (!) - steering wheel control works fine
2) climate control panel doesn't always come back on when the truck is started. 50% of time I have to push the AUTO button to get system to come on, and it goes to 75 degrees. The rest of the time, it comes on to the settings it was on when the truck was turned off.
2a) not a big issue, but when the climate control system does come on, the doors behind the dash make a lot of creaking noises as they settle in.
3) seems to be a slight leak coming from driver's side of steering rack
