Okay, for starters I live in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan where as of lately the average temperature has been about 3 degrees farenheit. At night time it easily hits 30 below.
Anyways, my problem is my transmission. All of a sudden its not shifting out of second gear. Mind you its a 1994 XLT. I know that the transmission isn't shot. Its an automatic and it shifts manually through all gears. When its in drive, its not shifting through the drive gears.
So far Ive been told to check: The fluid level, the vacuum lines (checked if cracked), and the Modules in the the fuse box under the hood. So if any one has any Ideas, please respond to this or e-mail me at cmlawren@mtu.edu.
I would really appreciate it guys. Keep on exploring.
