I need help with my front bumper.

i am here to write my review on my 2006 explorer that was poorly designed and dealer chargers 60 dollars for small plastic reinforcement piece that holds the front bumper in place, i tried taking it off and snapping the reinforcement bracket back to the frame of vehicle then snapping the bumper back on to the reinforcement bracket, and the bracket wouldnt even snap on wtf????

Any advice will be nice, thanks

bumper bracket will not hold on to the edge of the fender, what should i do to fix this problem?
