if anyone has seen under the grill of the sport, the intake tube is the 3 or 4 little open slits out of the plastic mesh in the upper right hand corner of the grille. then the very bottom and the next grill up from the bottom is open but nothing after that, the plastic hexogonal mesh has a flat piece behind it. never mind the fact that the same mesh below it doesnt have anything behind it for flow to the intercooler.
i have this really weird itch to rip it off and just tear open up the whole thing. you would get more air to the whole front of the car. probably wouldnt do much, but if and when someone did an upgraded fmic, you could get more frontal area to it.
anyone share these same thoughts?
