I think my superchip broke today :(

but that aint the worst part, for the life of me,I could not get this thing going,now...most of us have done lots of mods to our trucks,and of course that makes it that much harder to find out whats wrong,took me almost 3 hours,reset the ecm a few times,undid my jacobs,not that either,a mechanic that had a shop next to the place I broke down let me use his phone to call the ford hotline for a tow(they never showed)he hooked something up while I was waiting for the tow and asked me to start it and when it didn't start,he said the injectors were not opening up,I told him the mods I did,and he said,take the chip off and the jacobs (don't run the risk of voiding the warranty,I reset the ecm,and while the neg cable was off,I pulled out the jacobs and the superchip,..now I new it was not the jacobs,cause I by-passed it earlier(very easy to hook up and dissconect),after I took out the superchip,it ran again ????????????,I had this thing for a few months,I had to send them my ecm and chip,to get a wire jumper soldered in my ecm,it was fine until last week,when I thought I had gotten some bad gas,guess it was the superchip on the way out.

also the thing with ford pisses me off to know end. this was the first time I ever needed a tow from them,2nd time in my life,usually fixed what ever was wrong,I used to drive simple cars,now I drive complex trucks,made by simple people ""

well it certainly didn't take long to figure that some of what I said in the above post was not the right thing to say,the fine auto workers of ford do put a fine product on the showroom floor,otherwise,we would not buy them.I love my truck,and what broke was aftermarket,probably ??,the tow didn't show and that is what set me off,but by him not showing,I fixed it,and voided nothing.

Hi Ray:,I guess I lost it in the first post ,what can I say.....been so busy with work,not too much time to kick back,but,before work on sun ...,i'll snap the rest of the role and scan them in,I don't have a digital camera,but it should work ??,I don't think I have any stock pics,so I can't do a before and after,but I'll do the after anyway..
