Which motor? Do you have a throttle cable?
By '04 the V8 and i think the V6 too (Not 100%) are fly-by-wire and therefore don't have IAC. These Fly-By-Wire don't use a throttle cable but have a motor where it would attach, also the ECM can control throttle plate in this system much like an IAC would.
