Hi All,
Seem to have a few idle issues on a 95 limited. After reading some of the forums, I removed the black cap off the IAC. NO change in RPM with engine warm. Disconnecting the lead, RPM dropped from 1000-1050 down to 750-800 without stalling. Removed and cleaned IAC, including felt filters, and rechecked. Same thing.
Disconnected IAC from intake, turned ignition on, but did not start it. Should I have seen IAC valve move???. I'm thinking it's dead.
Any definitive test I could do.
Also, I'm getting KOER 136 and 172 code on the O2 Sensors, could a stuck or dead IAC through this code. THE CEL IS NOT LIT.
