Identify this part SOHC

Is anyone able to identify this part?
The fuel injector sits inside it and it sits inside the head of the 4.0L SOHC.
This one has split in half and needs to be replaced but I don't know what it's called so I can track one down.

Injector Adaptor

i am re installing the same injectors and adaptors. do you install the adaptor into the head first coated with clean oil, then injector with o ring also coated with oil into this adaptor?

Insert the adapter into the head first then install the injector. Use silicone or lithium grease to lube it and install it with a socket/hammer combo.
