Photos to come, hopefully.

95 4x4, 4 door, XLT

Mods so far:
front V8 torsion bars, rear universal AAL springs (from napa, the bigger ones) with the load leveler spring removed, and custom (8.5" apart) home built rear shackles (3/8"x2"x11" total length and then 3/8" sheet welded to part of the back for strength).
Home built roof rack (fits into the stock rails)
Home built (by friend) & modified for my liking (removed some parts, added some lights) basket
Hidden hitch receiver with 2" ball mount (and built in tow hook)
2nd tow hook... 5/8" clevite in the stock bumper ball location (holy crap that bumper ball was a PITA to get out)

Gonna go in soon (have):
front tow hooks, CB radio & firestik, 6" lights on the front

Issues to deal with:
intermittent heater control fan (cleaned relay contacts & that didn't help, either relay or wiring related, not a big deal)
Engine code (under the truck is pretty rusty including the exhaust... most likely a misread on the o2 sensors)
change the t-stat, change the trans filter, and replace diff fluids
rear right door is difficult to open at times (if you hesitate when lifting the handle the door won't completely unlatch...at which time you have to push the door back in and try again)

Issues dealt with:
All the interior bulbs replaced (there was a lot out), fog lights replaced, and a few other maintenance things.

To be done hopefully in the near future:
31 or 32" tires
front custom bumper (somehow fit a winch into the works)
custom side rails (with steps built in)
rear light guards

any other ideas of what can/should/needs to be done? I want it to be off-road ready but something my wife has no problem driving around if she wants (she hated out 86 F150)

Been meaning to add photos.... but I've since:

Added the CB, wired, & mounted the antenna (though I keep the actual antenna in the truck until needed)

Bought some new 31x10.5x15 BFG All Terrains then got them mounted & balanced... threw those on the truck on Tuesday.

Started to wire the lights in the basket... starting to look into how I want to mount the 6" lights up front (also figured out the wiring, will just be tapping into the stock fog relay to swith the relays/lights on that I'm adding).

Bought some ~2" DOM tube to get ready to build the rock sliders... or as I will tell my wife the "steps"
