Ignition wiring

I have a 1997 ford explorer XLT. I lost my one and only key a couple of months ago and it has been sitting at my parents old house. The homeowners association is going to tow it in the next few days so I need to know how to rig ( hot wire if you insist ) it so i can bring it to my new apartment. I dont have the money for a lock smith, and i definatly dont have the money to have it sit at an impound lot. I managed to break the steering lock about a week ago, but I cant figure out the ignition wiring. Any help is much appreciated. if you have a drill and a 1/8th bit you can drill the switch and start with a screw driver if you know were to drill. ill get pictures with details when i get home and send to e-mail.
