Hello, my name is Dwight. I have a 94 Explorer Limited and found this site. This is great site and what few posts I have made and gotten responses has been very cordial...good manners never go out of style and I appreciate all the help.
I will be rebuilding my engine or replacing with a used one soon in my Explorer. My other project is an "Iron Pig" or a 1978 FJ-40 that I bought new. I have restored the entire drive train and suspension and recovered the seats. My next project is to rebuild the big heavy inline 6, that I am going to do by myself this spring...well I am going to pull the 2F engine and dismantle it and have it tanked and checked out at a machine shop...but I plan on doing as much work on the engine myself as possible...it will be my first engine to rebuild. I have changed out 2 engines on Honda's years ago ...but I have never rebuilt one. I look foreword to getting to know more of you and learning much more about my 94 Explorer on here....I have already learned a lot from spending hours reading posts and sticky threads.
Sincerely
Dwight Pilkilton
