I'm back and I need a winch bumper!

Hey guys,
the last few months I've been very busy and stressed out. I want to get back into my Explorer now. I drove it for the first time in a long time a couple weeks ago and it still runs like a champ (minus the damn lifters!). Anyways, can anyone help me build a cheaper front winch bumper. I'm going to school so I don't have a WHOLE lot of money, but enough. Let me know.

i might be able to help ya build a bumper. bring the steel and we can work at my dads place. just bring a case of miller lite for the old man for using gas and wire and such....my schedules pretty crazy though.
