im having all kinds of problems with my truck

hi my name is brent lenz and i am from atl ga and i am having a lot of problems with my truck it all started with the clutch i have 91 explorer that i got from my body shop manager for 500 dollars he gave me such a good deal because he was driving demos anyways when i went to change my clutch i could not get the exuast bolts loose on the right side so i cut the right side of the y pipe well did the clutch it works fine but o yea also welded the y pipe back together and after that the thing is drinking gas like water also when i am stoped i will hear a winning nose and it will act like it is out of gas and clunk out i thought maybe it was the o2 senser so i whent to the junk yard and got ont i would have got one new but i really dont have alot of $ do to the amount of gas it is drinking it also does not have as much pick up as it use to almost like the brake are binding checked that and its not it dot no if it is tps fpr or just a piece of **** help please

Welcome to this forum! Do you have a check engine light? Did you ever scan it to see if there are codes?
