Hi I'm skinny1965 and i just bought a 03 sport trac and it needs rocker panels
I'm not sure where to get

If aftermarket rockers aren't available it's not a big deal to make your own (or have a good metal fabricator make them for you). You could make your own better and stronger than some of the aftermarket junk that is out there.
Just do a YouTube or Google search and you'll find lots of info on how to do it.

Also Ebay? you'll need to cut the old ones out, hit the inside with POR-15 brand paint (POR stands for "Paint Over Rust") and put the new ones on.
