Hi,
I'm new here and facing problems with my Explorer 2007. I went for offroad and just realised that there is a dripping of oil beneath of the engine.
When I switch off the engine, the oil stop dripping. Cut it short, I drove the car to the Ford Workshop and once I arrived in front of the gate, the is no longer move when I press the accelerator. Then everything started in the workshop, they change the whole radiator as being told it was broken eventhough temperature not high. Changing all the hos that is leaking but then they call me the car still cannot move. Now they said that they need to open the transmission to investigate and not sure yet what parts need to change next.

Really hope anybody with this experience can share what does damage was.

ps : The engine can start but not moving when engaging the gear.

I've decided to pull out the car from Ford Authorised Service center and get it done at normal garage as they are going to charge me double now to open everything beneath to get reach the transmission box.

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread into the transmission section. I doubt that the radiator was the original problem. It sounds like you had a leaking hose. Check the fluid level in the transmission. A low fluid condition could prevent it from engaging into gear.
