Could a 91 ford explorer with a 5.5" lift and 33" tires fit into a garage without scraping the roof. I think all garages are the same height but i just would like to find out.

My Explorer with 5.5 Superlift and 33 MT's stands 6'3'' tall and my garage door is 7'0" high.
I have no problem getting into the garage.
P.S. I don't have a roof rack.
mine fit just fine until I put the conferr roof rack and PIAA lights on top. BY the way, Rick can still fit his in his garage and his is several inches higher then everyones . I had a friend with 5.5" lift, 3" body lift, and 33" tires and he made it in, but barely .
just don't try and do some super-high custom lift while parked in the garage! You don't want to be like that one guy... brought his vehicle in the garage installed the lift... but it was so high he couldn't get it out, even after deflating the tires... had to uninstall the lift, take the vehicle out in the driveway then reinstall it, LOL.

yea, i also have a manual tranny, so i don't really mind what the gear ratio is, but i don't think it would be that bad, and i am not going to be hauling anything, so i guess i will stick with what i have
